Trusted identity

A verified business behind every listing.

ChamberGrid uses Federated Trust for sign-in, so staff and members use one login, delegation to staff or agencies can be granted and taken back, and every badge on your directory is claimed by someone who proved they could.

Why identity matters to a chamber

Your seal only means something if the right person holds it.

A chamber’s endorsement is a trust signal. When anyone can edit a listing or claim a credential, that signal weakens. Federated Trust ties every account to a verified person and every business profile to the people allowed to act for it.

What it does

One login. Narrow authority. Easy to revoke.

  • One sign-in

Staff and members sign in once across the chamber’s ChamberGrid services.

  • Delegation

A business owner can let an employee or agency manage their listing, and take that access back.

Program credentials such as AI-Ready Member can only be claimed by a verified owner or delegate.

    Designed
  • Identity across organizations

A member of one chamber recognized by another chamber, a regional council or a bilateral chamber, in any country ChamberGrid serves, without a second account.

    Designed
  • Verified human and AI-agent communication

Each message or request shows who sent it, which organization they act for and, for an AI agent, which person or chamber authorized it and for what.

Straight answer

Where Federated Trust stands today.

Federated Trust is in production for a limited group of affiliated organizations and is not yet generally available. ChamberGrid’s integration is being built now. Federated Trust has limited-pilot code for bounded delegation to AI agents, where an agent acts with its own identity and only the authority a person or organization gave it; inside ChamberGrid this is designed, not built. We reference security standards as the guides we design against, not as certifications we hold.
