We’re taking applications from chambers.
ChamberGrid is taking applications from chambers of commerce. Accepted chambers get a free trial of 12 to 24 months with no ChamberGrid license fee, and we work with each chamber on its membership model and the regional accommodations it needs.
The trial
A free trial of 12 to 24 months.
We agree the length with each chamber before the trial starts, anywhere from 12 to 24 months, so there is time to run ChamberGrid through a full membership year beside the system you use today.
No ChamberGrid license fee
Your chamber pays ChamberGrid nothing to use the software for the whole trial.
Payment processing is not included
Payment processors charge their own fees on card and bank payments members make to the chamber; those fees go to the processor, not to ChamberGrid.
Services you already pay for stay yours
Your domain name, email service and accounting software stay with the providers you pay today.
After the trial
Any terms after the trial are agreed with your chamber before the trial ends. Your chamber’s data stays yours.
Working together
Your membership model, worked out with you.
Chambers structure membership in their own ways: levels, dues by employee count, sponsorship bundles, regional councils. During the trial we work with your staff and board on the membership model ChamberGrid runs for your chamber.
We also work out the regional accommodations your chamber needs, fitted to it: languages, local invoices and payment methods, and the regional publications your members read. Where one of these is not built yet, its country page shows its status, and we say so before the trial starts.

Questions chambers ask
What is ChamberGrid?
ChamberGrid is white-label software for chambers of commerce in the USA, Canada, India and Pakistan, built by Articled. It runs under your chamber’s name and domain, works alongside your current membership system, and adds sponsorship and media revenue, verified member sign-in and an AI readiness program for member businesses.
Do we have to leave our current membership software?
No. ChamberGrid is designed to start beside GrowthZone, ChamberMaster, MemberClicks, Weblink, ChamberHive or whatever you use today. Most chambers keep their current system until its renewal date, then decide whether to consolidate onto ChamberGrid.
How can you launch in 48 hours?
Launch means your branded ChamberGrid is live on your domain with your member directory, staff sign-in and first packages. We work from your roster export, logo and colors. Moving dues, billing history and events off your old system is a separate, scheduled step.
How much does ChamberGrid cost?
ChamberGrid is taking applications from chambers and does not publish prices. Accepted chambers get a free trial of 12 to 24 months with no ChamberGrid license fee. Payment processors charge their own fees on member payments, and those go to the processor, not to ChamberGrid. Any terms after the trial are agreed with each chamber before the trial ends.
Do you work with chambers outside the USA?
Yes, in Canada, India and Pakistan, on the same platform. Each country’s billing, tax invoices, payments and languages are designed and not yet built; each country page shows its own status, row by row. Chambers in each country apply the same way, for the same free trial.
What does “license free” cover?
For the whole trial, your chamber pays ChamberGrid no license fee to use the software. It does not cover fees other companies charge: payment processors charge their own fees on card and bank payments, and your domain name, email service and accounting software stay with the providers you pay today.
What do you work out with each chamber?
Its membership model (levels, dues, sponsorship bundles, regional councils) and the regional accommodations it needs, such as languages, local invoices and payment methods, and the regional publications its members read. Where one of these is not built yet, we say so before the trial starts.
Is ChamberGrid available today?
ChamberGrid is taking applications from chambers now. Core membership, directory, events and billing features are in build for general availability in November 2026. Articled’s regional media is operating today. Each feature on this site is labeled Live, Pilot, In build or Designed.
Who is Articled?
Articled is a regional business media and content company in southeastern Pennsylvania. It operates Route 422 Business Advisor and builds ChamberGrid. Articled LLC is owned by Bethlehem Capital and Snyder Tech.
How does the chamber earn revenue through ChamberGrid?
Chambers sell sponsorship and media packages that combine chamber benefits with regional media placements. The chamber keeps its sponsorship revenue and shares in media revenue its members generate, on terms published before you sign. The revenue-share terms are being finalized.
What is Federated Trust?
Federated Trust is the identity service ChamberGrid uses for sign-in and delegation. It is a Snyder Tech product in production for a limited group of affiliated organizations and is not yet generally available. ChamberGrid sign-in through Federated Trust is offered to chambers on a trial as a pilot.
What is the AI-Ready Member program?
A three-level program, designed with Alexander Labs, that helps member businesses use AI responsibly: Aware, Applied and Accountable. Businesses complete training and make five commitments renewed yearly, and the credential appears on your directory. It is designed and will launch with the first chambers on a trial.
Is AI-Ready Member an accreditation or certification?
No. It is a training and attestation credential. It shows a business completed training and made specific commitments. It is not an audit, does not certify any AI system and does not guarantee how a business uses AI.
Who is Alexander Labs?
Alexander Labs is an AI incubator based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, that describes itself as Pennsylvania’s first. It works with local businesses, students and universities on practical AI, and is collaborating with ChamberGrid on the AI-Ready Member program.
Can we export our data?
Yes. You can export all of your chamber’s data at any time, in standard formats, without asking us, during the trial or after it.
Does ChamberGrid use AI on our member data?
ChamberGrid’s staff assistant drafts renewal notes, newsletters and board summaries from your chamber’s own records, and staff review everything before it is sent.
Do payments go to ChamberGrid or to the chamber?
Member payments go to the chamber’s own payment account. Processing is billed at the processor’s standard rates.
Are there any ownership ties between ChamberGrid and its partners?
Yes, and we disclose them. Articled LLC is owned by Bethlehem Capital and Snyder Tech. Federated Trust is a Snyder Tech product.
